ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Ed Smith

Mr. Smith came to Lee & Associates in October 2005 from Cushman & Wakefield, where he specialized in industrial real estate sales and leasing - tenant and landlord representation. Mr. Smith has specialized in industrial real estate since 1986.

Mr. Smith served as 2004 President of AIR Commercial Real Estate Association www.airea.com and currently serves as an Executive Director. As a board member, Mr. Smith also served as Chairman of the Education Committee, Chairman of the Forms Committee, member of the Budget & Finance Committee, Orientation Committee and is currently Vice Chairman of the Arbitration Committee.

In his more than 20 years practicing industrial real estate, Mr. Smith has represented such prestigious companies as AT&T, Beaulieu of America, Dal-Tile Corporation, First Industrial Realty Trust, International Window Treatments, Pepsi Cola Bottling Company, TA Realty Associates and The Koll Company, to name just a few.
