ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Ed Colson

Ed Colson Jr., CCIM has been handling the diverse needs of net lease developers and investors since 2003. Prior to co-founding InvestCore, Colson spent the past five years as a net lease investment specialist with DTZ now Cushman Wakefield where he focused on 1031 Exchanges and sale-leasebacks, in addition to traditional single-; and multi-tenant net lease investments. Colson's strong work ethic resulted in successful portfolio dispositions for countless franchisees, who were then able to use these funds to not only tackle current debts, but finance future locations and existing franchise needs.

Colson is a second-generation real estate professional and he holds real estate brokerage licenses in California and Texas.

In his spare time, Colson competes in triathlons and sponsors a child in Kenya through Youth With a Mission.
