Dyann Davison joined Hanna Commercial Real Estate in 2020 as a Senior Vice President. Hanna Commercial Real Estate is a full-service commercial real estate brokerage firm having offices in Albany, NY, Buffalo, NY, Cleveland, OH, Pittsburgh, PA, and Rochester, NY with reach into Ann Arbor, MI, Syracuse, NY, Charlotte, NC and Allentown, PA.

As the founder and president of Davison & Company, she was recently highlighted by Cleveland Crain's Business as a notable real estate professional she was nominated for NAIOP's "Broker of the Year."

Since becoming the first licensed, female Ohio Real estate Broker, Dyann has worked with a variety of clients. Most recently, Dyann handled the commercial portfolio for K & D Group, encompassing over 2,000,000 square feet. In 2017 alone, she leased over 239,000 square feet of office and retail space in downtown Cleveland.

Throughout her 40 years in Commercial Real Estate, she has represented the following properties in both leasing and management Tower City Center, Terminal Tower, Skylight Office Tower, Chase Financial Plaza, Detroit-Warren Building, INA Building, Lakewood Center, 815 Superior Building, Sterling Building, Standard Building, Leader Building, Reserve Square, 668 Euclid and more.

Dyann covers all facets of commercial real estate, from leasing and management of office buildings and retail properties to building and land sales. Dyann has experience with all of it.

She began her career in single-family home construction, a partner with The Sunshine Building Company, Vice President at Midwestern Land Development, and then became the Director of Office Leasing for Forest City Enterprises. In 1989, she opened Davison & Company.

When not working for her clients, Dyann paints and sculpts, enjoys skiing, swimming, tennis, sailing, rescues animals, and flies as a licensed private pilot.
