Douglas K. Mandel is an Executive Managing Director in the Fort Lauderdale Office of Marcus & Millichap. He is also Executive Director of the firms Institutional Property Advisors IPA division and the National Office and Industrial Properties Division NOIPG. One of the nations leading mid-market commercial real estate executives, Mandel joined Marcus & Millichap in 2004. He leads a team offering multiple specialties, including the marketing and sale of office, industrial, and retail assets. In addition to servicing his clients throughout the state of Florida, Mandel focuses on expanding the Capital Markets platform nationally and is a founding member of the firms IPA team, which bridges opportunities between private and institutional investors.
