ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Dominick Musilli

Dominick Musilli is the founder and Managing Partner of TRUE Commercial Real Estate LLC. Since starting TRUE in 2014, Dominick and his team have been responsible for over $300 million in aggregate real estate transactions.

Dominick has more than 25 years of real estate experience in retailer and landlord representation in Connecticut and New York. He has represented notable retailers such as The Stop & Shop Supermarket Company, Old Navy, Athleta, Walgreens, Chick-fil-A, Carvana, Leslies Pool Supplies and numerous others throughout his career. He has also represented a wide variety of real estate companies ranging from national owners such as KIMCO Realty to local owners such as Kleban Properties.

Prior to founding TRUE, Dominick was affiliated with regional brokerage firms which no longer exist, including RHYS Commercial and GVA Williams.

Dominicks break into the real estate business started with an in-house position as a real estate representative for McDonalds Corporation based in Windsor, Connecticut. The position was invaluable in getting a thorough understanding of not only the Connecticut and New York markets, but also of the real estate development process. From McDonalds, Dominick joined The Stop & Shop Supermarket Company as a real estate manager. This position exposed him to larger scale developments and provided him an excellent foundation of understanding permitting and entitlement issues.

Dominick holds a MBA and Bachelor of Science from the University of Connecticut. He is married with two children.
