ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Doc Perrier

Doc Perrier is Vice President of Finial Group's Houston brokerage services team. His primary focus is on investment sales, owner representation, tenant representation, user purchase and sales transactions. Doc is responsible for acquiring and developing new business relationships and advising the firm's clients on cost-effective solutions to their unique problems as well as growing the Finial office and training Associate Brokers.

Doc works with a wide variety of clients ranging from small local businesses to large publicly traded corporations, as well individual to institutional real estate investors to find properties that fit their criteria. He provides his clients with market research, lease and purchase financial analysis and value-based recommendations tailored specifically for each client. Doc is a leader in finding properties for Finial Group's investment platforms, and he has sourced and acquired properties for all of Finial Group's Investment Funds.

Prior to joining Finial Group, Doc was the Sales and Operations Manager of a large New Orleans, LA based party rental company. Additionally, he worked as an oil and gas landman.
