Dennis P. Bush, ALC, is a Broker Associate responsible for industrial sales & leasing and land services, as well as, officeindustrial development and build-to-suit sites. Dennis has over 37 years of experience as a real estate broker representing associations and individual owners in all types of commercial sales and leasing transactions.

Prior to joining Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Properties Group - Commercial Division, specializing in land, industrial and investment sales, Dennis closed sales on transaction involving over 3,000 acres of land, and also closed deals on industrial and investment projects located in Hillsborough, Manatee, Pinellas, Polk and Pasco Counties valued at $70 million. He represents exclusive listings of industrial, mixed-use commercial, and commercialresidential land. Dennis was involved in sales and leasing transactions totaling over $38 million from 2012-2018.

Dennis has served as a Director of Development for Franklin Development Group overseeing the construction of Hampton Oaks Business Park, an award-winning, 25acre, 300,000 square foot Business Park in Tampa, Florida. Dennis served on the Board of Directors for FGCAR - Florida Gulfcoast Commercial Association of Realtors. He has previously been selected FGCAR Top 20 Overall Producer and Top 5 Industrial Producer among commercial realtors in a seven county area.

Dennis has been elected as an Accredited Land Consultant ALC member of the REALTORS Land Institute RLI. Recognized throughout North America as the pinnacle of achievement for land real estate specialists, the Accredited Land Consultant ALC designation is awarded to RLI members who meet rigorous knowledge and experience requirements. He has also been awarded 2007 Florida Land Realtor of the Year by the Florida Chapter of the REALTORS Land Institute and is a past president of the Florida Chapter of the REALTORS Land Institute.
