Deborah Quok is a Co-Founder and Managing Director of SVN QAV & Associates, located in San Francisco, CA. Her focus is advising office building owners and occupiers in their real estate planning, marketing and transactions. She has managed a portfolio of over 200 properties for a Fortune 50 company, directing its planning; implementing M & A and divestiture projects; and completing nearly 1,000 purchase and leasing transactions globally. She brings this corporate real estate experience into the commercial real estate brokerage arena to advise corporate clients and local businesses alike.

In 2011 Quok was named a Northern California Commercial Real Estate Woman of Influence, recognized by her peers and the San Francisco Business Times for her leadership in brokerage, corporate real estate, and vision in developing the industry-leading research on women in commercial real estate through CREW Network.

Her extensive experience in commercial brokerage, consulting and corporate real estate for over 25 years provides SVNQAV clients with considerable depth of knowledge and capability. Her specialties include office leasing on behalf of landlords and tenants, medical office leasing and sales, location analysis, and corporate real estate services. She is a member of SVN's Office, Leasing, Medical Office, and Corporate Services Product Councils.
