ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT David Wilganowski

David has always been interested in the business world and decided to pursue a career in commercial real estate. He started his career as an intern with Mercer Company in 2016, working closely with several brokers on special projects. David was then offered a position as Market Director for the Addison, Farmers Branch, Carrollton, & Lewisville submarkets.

After graduating from college and joining Mercer Company full time in 2017, David quickly closed several key deals in the DFW market. He has worked in all areas of the DFW metroplex, but his expertise lies in his submarket.

David has a unique perspective on the industrial market. By tracking every owner and user of industrial space within his submarkets, he is able to provide his clients with the most up-to-date market information to help negotiate the best deal for their company. This level of detail and understanding gives him an edge in the industry. He enjoys working with clients to find the best property solutions for their needs.
