ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT David Stojanik

David Stojanik began his commercial real estate career in 2002 and has been with The Kucera Companies since 2009. His main focus and expertise is in project leasing for institutional landlords and tenant representation and has compiled a successful track record representing buyers and sellers on redevelopment sites in and around the Austin area. Prior to his career in commercial real estate, he worked for Dell Computers in Round Rock.

David has a very strong sales background and relies on his experience and interpersonal skills to effectively meet and exceed his clients goals. He has been a constant top producer in the industry, having been recognized by the Austin Business Journal as a Heavy Hitter and by CoStar as a Power Broker. In his free time, David enjoys spending quality time his wife Christiana and their four children. David has a BBA in Marketing from Southwest Texas State University and is a member of the Commercial Brokers Association.
