Dave has north of 30 years of corporate and local business commercial real estate advisory experience and has handled major assignments in almost all facets of commercial real estate including: design-build projects; user and income-producing sales; land acquisitions and sales across all industry sectors; county and city government representation; office and industrial agency leasing; portfolio sales; tenant representation; and lease re-structures. Specializing in the suburban Maryland and Washington, DC markets throughout his career, his negotiation skills and advisory services are modeled upon an attorney-client relationship where he singularly represents his client's interests and that of no others. He is a creative problem solver that puts himself in his client's position to analyze, formulate and present solutions tailored to meet the objectives at hand.

David currently sits on the Board of Directors of Annapolis Community Boating, a non-profit with the mission of providing affordable boating opportunities and water access to residents of Annapolis City and Anne Arundel County. Formerly, he has been a director or executive committee member of other non-profits and organizations such as: Annapolis Community Boating, Annapolis Yacht Club Foundation, Annapolis and Anne Arundel Chamber of Commerce, Prince George's County Chamber of Commerce (recipient of Distinguished Service Award and Chairman's Award both for Outstanding Contributions by a member of the Executive Committee), United States Optimist Dinghy Organization, Chesapeake Bay Yacht Racing Association, BWI Business Partnership.
