Dave is a founding member of the Lee & Associates Oakland office. He specializes in selling and leasing office and medical buildings in the Northern California area. Dave offers a full range of brokerage services including tenant representation, ownership, buyer and seller representation, as well as investment property acquisitionsdispositions.

Dave started his career in commercial real estate in 2006 after completing a fifteen year career in professional baseball. During his eleven plus seasons in the Major Leagues, Dave played for seven teams including the SF Giants, Oakland A's, and the 2004 World Champion Boston Red Sox.
