David has integrated his extensive business acumen, market knowledge, and proven negotiation skills to successfully identify property opportunities, market sites, finalize contracts and report such activity in a consistent and timely manner on behalf of a wide variety of clients. His professionalism and tenacity in the pursuit of client objectives sets him apart from his competition. He works across the DFW Metroplex and his clients have taken him nationally in pursuit of property opportunities.

Prior to joining Capstone, David was with NAI&47;Stoneleigh Huff Brous McDowell Commercial in Fort Worth, Henry S. Miller Commercial in their Great Southwest office, and Skinner Commercial Realty & Associates.

Professionally, David is a member of the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors. He is very active in the Young Professionals Group, which enables him to stay on the leading edge of market trends. David received his Bachelors Degree from the University of Texas at Arlington, and his Master of Business Administration Degree from Texas Wesleyan University. While completing his undergraduate and graduate work, David served as an officer is several organizations including President of the Graduate Business Student Association and Vice President of Phi Mu Alpha Sinfonia Professional Fraternity.
