ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT David Leuthold

David Leuthold is a Denver native and has been an active commercial real estate broker in the community for over 15 years. Prior to joining Leuthold Commercial Properties, Inc. in 2007, he worked at St. Charles Town Company as a broker focusing on their developed properties. Before real estate, David held management roles in both the wine and travel industries.

David has been recognized within the real estate community as a DMCAR Top Producer-Small Firm for multiple years.

David holds a BA in History & Psychology from the University of Colorado and is a graduate of The St. Pauls School in New Hampshire. He is an active member in the community through his volunteer work as a youth soccer coach, Board Member of the Colfax Marathon, Education Committee Member for the Denver Board of Realtors, and Treasurer of The Infinite Monkey Theorem an urban winery housed in the Sante Fe Arts District.
