ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT David Kim

David Kim is a Principal of Lee & Associates-LA NorthVentura Inc., a full-service commercial real estate company and member of the Lee & Associates group of companies. Since joining Lee & Associates in 2006, Mr. Kim has specialized in representing landlords, tenants, buyers and sellers in the leasing and sales of professional office and medical building properties throughout Ventura County.

Mr. Kim has ranked among Lee's Top 10 Producers and inducted into the Presidents Circle of Excellence for the recent two consecutive years. In 2011, he also ranked among Lee's Top 10 Producers, earning Associate of the Year honors. He was inducted into the Presidents Circle of Excellence and elevated to Principal status as a result of his performance.

In 2012 and again in 2019, the Pacific Coast Business Times recognized Mr. Kim among its "Who's Who in Commercial Real Estate". In 2010, he was honored among the newspaper's "40 Under 40," a recognition of those under 40 years old who have logged significant achievements in their careers.

Prior to joining Lee & Associates, Mr. Kim was an Associate at Colliers International in Oxnard, focusing on the leasing and sale of office and industrial properties in the Ventura County market. He also was responsible for business development and the implementation of marketing strategies in the brokerage company's Oxnard office.
