Prior to joining Foundry Commercial, David was with Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer's Industrial team. Before that, David worked with Forsite Development, Inc., a commercial real estate development firm focused exclusively on acquiring corporate surplus industrial real estate for the purpose of redeveloping these properties in an economically and environmentally responsible way.
