David Hanna serves as Senior Vice President for the Industrial Representation team at Foundry Commercial. Davids area of focus includes landlord agency on behalf of institutional clients, acquisition and disposition of industrial properties, site selection for tenants requiring officewarehouse facilities, and investment sales in North and South Carolina. Davids commercial real estate background includes agency work for landlords and tenant, site selection, and investment analysis.
Prior to joining Foundry Commercial, David was with Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer's Industrial team. Before that, David worked with Forsite Development, Inc., a commercial real estate development firm focused exclusively on acquiring corporate surplus industrial real estate for the purpose of redeveloping these properties in an economically and environmentally responsible way.
