ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT David Ferron

David Ferron specializes in developing and executing real estate strategies for owners, landlords and tenants for industrial and commercial real estate. With an extensive background in real estate development, property management, and commercial construction services, Dave brings significant value to owners, sellers, buyers and tenants in the industrial and commercial segments.

Ferron joined Cushman & Wakefield | Boerke as a Commercial Real Estate Broker in early 2015. For 10 years prior, he worked with Paul Davis Restoration as their Real Estate & Development Manager. While there, Dave managed the purchase and disposition of properties, complete restoration and renovation in dozens of buildings, including a two city block redevelopment of former industrial buildings, converting them to institutional MATC and service BLAST uses. Dave was responsible for finding tenants, negotiating leases for office, industrial and commercial properties. He also managed the environmental remediation, redevelopment, ground up construction and leasing of a 40,000 SF flex building which achieved full occupancy prior to completion. As a ten year Chairman of Business Improvement District 35, Dave was a key participant in planning and completing the $22 million cleanup of the Kinnickinnic River which provided the impetus for over $10 million of real estate development and creating hundreds of new jobs. Dave started his career in the construction and development industry in 1982, with the Tews Company. After Tews sold to the Lafarge Corporation in 1996, Dave remained on as a Vice President General Manager of the $10 billion building materials company. Responsibilities included designing, development and construction of production facilities, warehouses and distribution centers while managing a division of over 300 employees and 20 reporting managers for all business operations. He also spent three years working as a development manager with a large general contractor.
