This means going beyond peerlessly negotiating commercial leases and ensuring real estate investments exceed financial goals. As Managing Director and NAIBGNAI Global Top Producer since 2015, I specialize in representing local, national, and international tenants in both leasing and sales transactions. Including renewals, relocations, expansions, and dispositions, Ive guided clients through transactions totaling more than $125M and 2M square feet of real estate in the past five years alone. I credit this success, in part, to serving as a genuine partner rather than a realtor for hire. I work with every client directly, one-on-one and start-to-finish From property selection through final negotiation to managing move-in detailseven down to assisting with furniture selection and installation.
