Dave is an associate with eight years of experience in commercial real estate. After graduating from Bates College in 2010, Dave immediately started work as a Commercial Real Estate Broker in the suburbs of Boston. Following his work as a Broker, Dave worked for the largest private developer in Massachusetts, Cummings Properties. Dave joined JL Davis Realty in 2015 and specializes in the sales and leasing of retail, office, and industrial buildings in Chittenden County and throughout the State of Vermont. Dave is a firm believer in the value of hard work and persistence. Outside of the office Dave enjoys playing golf, being on the lake, and trying to stay in shape.
