Davids career at Renault & Handley began soon after graduating from San Francisco State with a dual degree in Economics and Geography. He started as a sales associate in 1989, representing tenants in leasing office and research & development space in Santa Clara County.

David enjoys the varied nature of his real estate career; serving a broad spectrum of property owners and tenants as a broker in lease and sale transactions, interacting with tenants, service providers and coworkers in a property management capacity, and the opportunities for creativity in developing and improving properties under management.

David has been an active member of the Fathers Club at Junipero Serra High School in San Mateo and has served on a number of Boards for non-profit and religious corporations.
