ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT David Coe

David Coe is a licensed agent specializing in commercial real estate investments, acquisitions and leasing of industrial, land and office properties. David joined the Alterra Real Estate team in early 2020 but he has been active in real estate since 2012.

Prior to Alterra, David was with BMW Corporate focused on new vehicle product launchestrouble shooting, working alongside BMW of North America and BMW AG Germany. Prior to BMW, Davids background includes 8 years in medical security management.

David is currently the membership board chair for Columbus Commercial Industrial Investment Realtors (CCIIR) and a Developing Leader for NAIOP Central Ohio Chapter. He is also the 2021 chair of the Education Committee for the Columbus Board of Realtors. David lives in the Columbus area and he previously served on the board of the Downtown Residents Association of Columbus (DRAColumbus).

Davids interest include anything European automotive, primarily racing and car shows, as well as travel and the arts. David obtained his private pilots license in 2015.
