ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT David Baker

David Baker is currently a Broker Associate with Mid-America Real Estate - Wisconsin, L.L.C. and a member of the Property Representation and Sales Team. Mr. Bakers responsibilities include land and asset sales and retail leasing. He coordinates with Mid-America Real Estates clients excess land dispositions and is actively involved in the leasing of specialty retail, neighborhood, community, and power-based shopping centers within the Mid-America client portfolio. David is a Wisconsin native, which provides him knowledge of history, trends, retailer performance, and shopping patterns throughout the state.

Professional Experience
Prior to joining Mid-America Real Estate, David was an Account Executive for Catalyst Exhibits, a Wisconsin-based exhibit and marketing company. His sales experience at Catalyst allowed him to gain insight into multiple industries, including retail, consumer electronics, pharmaceutical, automotive, and others.

Education and Affiliations
Mr. Baker earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. He is currently an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers ICSC, ChainLinks Retail Advisors, and the Commercial Association of Realtors-Wisconsin CARW.
