ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT David Bailey

David Bailey is an Associate Director and joined Stan Johnson Companys New York office in 2012. With over 15 years of real estate experience, he leverages his extensive background in development and architecture for his clients. He has been involved in transactions totaling in excess of $200 million and he continues to deliver superior advisory services focused exclusively on the valuation, acquisition, and disposition of net-leased investment properties throughout the United States, including retail, office, industrial, and medical properties.

Prior to joining Stan Johnson Company, Bailey worked with preferred developers and JPMorgan Chase on that companys unprecedented expansion into the Florida and Georgia markets. His involvement focused on locations with high barriers-to-entry and difficult deal environments, namely projects located throughout South Florida.

Bailey is a native of Tampa, Florida and attended the University of Tampa and the University of South Florida for his undergraduate and graduate work, respectively.
