David was born and raised on Hilton Head Island. Upon graduating, David returned to Hilton Head to join Charter I Commercial and has spent the last 10 years building a solid foundation in all aspects of the commercial real estate business. David has been involved with both the sales and leasing of everything from land, medical, office, retail, light industrial, to investment properties. He has strong roots in the area to include a large client base and a firm knowledge of the market.
