experience. David is experienced in occupier representation, commercial property leasing, and strategic opportunity
development.
Throughout his career, David has garnered a comprehensive understanding of what businesses need, not only in terms of
space and location, but operationally as well. He believes that creating a real estate plan around a clients business model is
of the utmost importance. David has a thorough understanding of the Manhattan market, and knows how to build and foster
long-term client relationships.
Prior to joining Cresa, he was Senior Managing Director at Coldwell Banker Commercial Advisors and formally served as
a Senior Director of Leasing at Winoker Realty
