With multi-market knowledge throughout the United States, Darren has primarily focused on big-box clients like Lowes Home Improvement Warehouse, JC Penney,The Dump Furniture, Lifetime Fitness, and others. Darren was instrumental in leading and executing a 60 store rollout of CVS as well as implementing an expansion program of more than 30 branches with JP Morgan Chase. He is particularly known for his ability to identify invisible real estate and accelerate a clients speed to market.

Darrens market knowledge, competitive spirit, and relationship-building skills have allowed him to excel and subsequently was recognized as one of the youngest Senior Vice Presidents at CB Richard Ellis at the age of 29. His success has been highlighted in national and regional industry publications. He was part of the firms top retail tenant representation teams and was regularly in the firms Top 20 ranking nationally, having won numerous awards for top performance and for leading performance-based teams.

His Midwest roots led him to become a James Millikin Scholar and a Magna Cum Laude honors graduate of Millikin University Illinois, where he received a Bachelor in Marketing. He later completed his graduate education at Pepperdine Universitys Graziadio School of Business & Management in Malibu, California where he received a Master of Business Administration in Finance with Magna Cum Laude honors. He continues to remain very active in the University and is currently the President of the Universitys Alumni Leadership Council.
