As a dedicated leasing and development advisors, Darrell is responsible for marketing efforts on a diverse retail portfolio of anchored shopping centers, mixed-use, street level retail, and single and multi-tenant strip centers. Additionally, he assists owners and developers in identifying new opportunities, value-add projects and acquisitions. He has extensive experience in new construction, redevelopment, urban infill, out-parcel development and tenant disposition.

Darrell takes a methodical approach to each project by creating a custom leasing plan which he executes through his knowledge of the trade area, tenant relationships and leadership in industry organizations.

Darrell has worked with many of the largest institutional owners and REITs as well some of the most active developers in the region. Darrell has also led portfolio disposition for national retail and restaurant brands.
