Daniel Hurd specializes in retail investments with a primary focus in single-tenant properties on a nationwide basis. Born and raised in the Tampa-Bay area, Hurd attended the University of South Florida earning a B.S. degree studying political science.

After joining the Tampa Branch of Marcus & Millichap in May of 2014, he made an immediate impact and has not slowed down since. Within a few short years he became a Senior Associate in which he was shortly after promoted to First Vice President Investments and subsequently created his own Net-Lease team of highly qualified professionals. He has been recognized for outstanding sales every year since becoming a Senior Associate. Daniel works in conjunction with his clients to focus on the creation and preservation of wealth, in which he ensures that each proposal matches the exact needs of his clients.

Daniel has consistently ranked as one of the firms' top agents and has rapidly become a household-name for net-leased properties within the commercial real estate industry. In his free time, he enjoys traveling with his wife Kala, fishing, playing golf, and exercising.
