ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Daniel Gardner

Daniel serves as an associate at Katz's Boca Raton office working on tenant and landlord representation.

Prior to joining Katz, he worked at Weingarten Realty as a Leasing Associate representing the landlord with responsibilities covering 1.6 million square feet of retail space in Southeast Florida and Northeast Florida markets. His experience at Weingarten Realty provided an excellent understanding for each of the markets in Broward, Palm Beach, Martin, and Duval counties, while generating strong relationships in the industry with many local brokers, developers, landlords, and tenants.

Daniel looks forward to continuing with landlord representation, as well as working on the tenant representation side of the business with the Katz team.

Daniel earned his Bachelor of Business Association at the University of North Florida. He is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and is a licensed Real Estate Sales Associate in the state of Florida. Daniel has been a lifelong resident of Florida and currently resides in Delray Beach. Daniel enjoys building new relationships, golf, and live music.
