ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Daniel Anderson

Graduated from Samford University in 1986 and received a B.S. degree in Business Administration, played baseball at Samford from 1983-1985, entered commercial real estate field in 1986 and has over 30 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, joined Engel in 1990, became a principal in 2006. Responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of the retail leasing and sales division for Engels retail accounts. Birmingham Association of Realtors Commercial Million Dollar Sales Club Lifetime Member, Vulcan Award Recipient and Received Top Producer Award in 2000 and 2015, involved in the sale and leasing of over $300 million over the past 15 years.

Married to Amy Gainer Anderson with three children: Daniel, Claire and Elizabeth. Member of St. Pauls Catholic Church, enjoy golf and fishing.
