Dan Skodras, CPA, joined Bradley Company in 2003. Prior to joining Bradley Company, he spent 25 years at Crowe Horwath and left there in 2001 as a partner.
Dan is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, and is also a licensed CPA and a licensed real estate broker in Indiana. As Senior Vice President in Brokerage, Dan focuses on commercial real estate investment sales and manages client relationships for certain Corporate Service accounts. Dan is actively involved in a variety of investment sale and acquisition transactions, representing both buyers and sellers. He assists buyers and sellers to assess the feasibility and financial analysis for potential investment sale transactions, and successfully close those transactions for his buyer and seller clients. He also works to further develop new corporate client relationships in the market, as well as consult in clients real estate transaction management and various real estate capitalization and management strategies, such as sale-leaseback transactions.
Dan is a member of the Indiana Commercial Board of Realtors. He is a past president and board member of the Michiana YMCA and Big BrothersBig Sisters. Dan currently serves as an honorary trustee and finance committee member for the The History MuseumNorthern Indiana Center for History. Dan is also a member of the South Bend Rotary Club and Board member for the Economic Club of Michiana.
