ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Dan Moylan

Dan has been in the commercial real estate industry for over 40 years. He has worked for investment companies on the property and asset management side of the business and has been brokering commercial property for over 21 years. His main focus has been in the leasing and sale of commercial office and industrial properties throughout Contra Costa and Alameda County. He has also assisted many of the Walnut Creek and Concord automobile dealers with their real estate needs as well.

His financial analytical skills have assisted property owners in the valuation process of properties under consideration for purchase or sale. His background in commercial property management has given him great insight with respect to potential cost savings or cost cutting measures in the operational aspects of commercial properties.

Prior to joining Lee & Associates, Dan worked in the Walnut Creek office of Cushman & Wakefield (and it's predecessors Cassidy Turley and DTZ) Dan was born and raised in San Francisco and moved to Walnut Creek where he graduated from Northgate High School and then graduated from St. Mary's College in Moraga.luation process of properties under consideration for purchase or sale.
