ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Dan Berger Jr.

Dan Berger Jr. is a third generation Realtor, following in the footsteps of his grandmother, Marilyn Berger and Dan Berger Sr., his father. Dan is a native of Lancaster amp a Manheim Township graduate. After attending Temple University to study finance Dan wanted to pursue a career in the family business while also establishing his own name in our local real estate market. In April 2019, Dan earned his CCIM designation, making him the youngest realtor in Lancaster County to fulfill the extensive requirements needed to become a Certified Commercial Investment Member. Before joining U.S. Commercial Realty Dan started his real estate career as a residential Realtor with Berkshire Hathaway Homesale Realty. As a third generation agent Dan is eager to provide the professional level of service for which the Berger family is known in Lancaster real estate circles.

Dan is a licensed Realtor in Pennsylvania and in his free time he enjoys golfing, hiking, kayaking, and snowboarding.
