ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Dan Beer

Mr. Beer joined Cushman & Wakefields Denver office in 1998 as a member of the Commercial Leasing Division. Mr. Beer has managed to make a significant impact in Denvers real estate markets. Mr. Beer has been recognized for his accomplishments in the Denver Business Journal, Colorado Real Estate Journal, Rocky Mountain News and the Denver Post.

As Director of the Corporate Investor Services Agency Leasing Group in Denver, Dan provides first class transactional leasing services to his owner clients. Focused primarily in the central Denver and southeast suburban office market, Dans clients include LNR Partners Inc., Parmenter Realty Partners, St. Paul Properties, Colorado & Santa Fe LLC, Zell Properties and Prudential Real Estate Investors. With superior analytical and presentation skills, Dans clients have awarded his hard work and determination with additional leasing assignments. Since the beginning of 2006, Dan has completed over 300 assignments totaling approximately 2 M square feet. In 2012, Dan represented St. Paul Fire and Marine Insurance Company (a subsidiary of Travelers Insurance) on a lease with Wells Fargo, NA for 67,790 rentable square feet in Meridian Business Park and has leased over 138,579 rentable square feet at the Galleria Office Towers.

Prior to Dans representation of Landlords, Dans focus included numerous high profile tenant representation assignments. Some of the most challenging assignments included acquisition of data center and switch sites in the Western U.S. for the build-out of Qwests nationwide 18,500 mile fiber optic network. Mr. Beers work included the completion of several projects including Sunnyvale, Ca, Burbank, CA, Seattle, WA, Salt Lake City, UT, Kansas City, KS, and Colorado Springs, CO.

As the single point of contact for Compaq Computer Corporation, Mr. Beer oversaw build to suit, officeindustrial lease acquisitions and dispositions for Compaqs eastern region. Specializing in office leasing and transaction management, Mr. Beers local Colorado tenant clients include Lucent Technologies, Inc., General Motors Corporation, Lockheed Martin Corporation, CNN, Bear Stearns & Co., Raytheon Service Company, Alcatel USA, Penford Food Ingredients, Alumni Consulting Group, M2M Data Group, Perot Systems Corporation, Equity One and Business Genetics.

Awards & Associations
Before joining Cushman & Wakefield Mr. Beer was an account executive for an engineering company providing facilities evaluation for Fortune 500 industrial manufacturing and process facilities worldwide. Mr. Beer graduated with honors from the University of Denver with a BSBA in Finance and was named Cushman & Wakefield of Colorados Rookie of the Year. He is a board member of the South Metro Denver Chamber of Commerce, a volunteer for the Museum of Contemporary Art, and is Director of Fundraising for a charity named Healing from the Heart.
