Craig provides clients an in-depth knowledge of building construction, management and the lease and sale of real property. Craig has a strong construction and real estate background from starting his own commercial tenant finish company in 1993 and thereafter a career in property and asset management at Pacifica Holding CompanyFirst Industrial Realty Trust (a publicly traded REIT) before joining Cushman & Wakefield (formerly Fuller and Company) in 1999.
