Craig Cap Capriotti started his commercial real estate career in 1978 with the local firm of Charles Tingey Associates. In 1984, he joined the National Firm of Grubb & Ellis Company to head up the Office Properties Division in Fresno, specializing in leasing, sales of office buildings and investment properties. He also specializes in Exclusive Tenant Representation. Since 1981, Cap has been one of Fresno's leading commercial real estate brokers. Cap has represented transactions such as Kaiser Hospital, STHIL Corporation, Bank of America, AT & T, North American Title, GSA, New York Life, Blue Cross, State of California, AXA Life, Chase Bank, California State Auto Association, First American Title, Fresno Unified School District, Chicago Title, Santa Fe Railroad, Central California Blood Center, CBS Broadcasting Company, Central California Faculty Medical Group, Sierra Pacific Orthopedic and Monterey Chemical. In December 1993, he started a new commercial real estate firm, Fortune Associates. There are twelve brokers specializing in office, industrial, land and investment sales and leasing. Cap is 64 years old, graduated College in 1975, is married and resides in Fresno, California. He was a professional magician and a 43-year member of the Magic Castle in Los Angeles, California. He and his wife, Carol, own and operated The Fresno Credit Bureau and Creditors Bureau of California until 2017 when they sold it to their daughter and husband. He has served as Board Member of The Infant of Prague, a Fresno adoption agency and the San Joaquin Country Club. His hobbies are playing guitar, golfing, fishing and traveling.
