With extensive experience negotiating complex agreements, he works relentlessly to secure the ideal arrangement whether it's leasing, buying, or selling. Always with upmost integrity, empathy and respect for each client's unique circumstances. Cort has extended services to include business transition planning to help owners execute a profitable exit. He has considerable experience with investors, venture capital and private equity firms with direct experience working both-sides of merger and acquisition transactions. He continues to work with clients as an advisor, executive coach, and mentor.

With the loving partnership of his wife Donna, they raised their children in Newport Beach, CA. In 2015, they relocated back to Salt Lake City. In the off hours you'll likely find him skiing or cycling. Cort craves adventure travel and whenever possible his family escapes to remote locations to explore new horizons.
