Corey Martin is a Principal with Avison Young with over 17 years of experience specializing in investment sales, land acquisitiondisposition and development across several asset classes. He represents a diverse range of institutional and private high net worth investorsdevelopers throughout Central Texas and Southern California. Corey's expertise in the full life cycle of commercial assets is not only from a broker perspective, but as an asset manager where he oversaw a commercial real estate portfolio in excess of 4.5M SF of office, industrial and mixed-use properties, including considerable land holdings throughout California, Arizona, Colorado and Texas. His extensive knowledge of site selection, acquisition, entitlement, finance, development, leasing and disposition provides his clients with unparalleled real estate insight and advice from the owneroperator perspective. This combined experience allows him to provide creative strategies that drive value to meet client objectives.
