Colt Kelly is in his fourth year with Kelly, Realtors Commercial and is a proud member of the team. Colt is passionate about serving people and getting things done with character, excellence, integrity, and hustle. He is committed to working diligently to track down all information necessary to succeed. Colt is determined to go the extra mile for his clients and welcomes their feedback throughout the selling, buying, or leasing process.

Colt moved to Waco in 2013 to attend Baylor University. After graduation, he decided to stay and plant roots in Waco. Before deciding to build a career in commercial real estate, Colt was blessed to become deeply connected to the Waco community through his community engagement role with Chip and Joanna Gaines' Magnolia Foundation.

Colt's wife, Sarah, taught junior kindergarten at Live Oak Classical School in downtown Waco for three years and now stays home to care for their baby girl; they are proud to call Waco home and look forward to being here for the long haul.
