ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Collin Holmes

Collin Holmes joined SRSA in 2008, as a Junior Sales and Leasing Associate. His extensive experience with both Landlord and Tenant representation has afforded him the opportunity to work with nationally recognized brands throughout the state of Louisiana. While his primary focus is in the retail and office sector, Holmes also works with local developers and businesses to help uncover creative expansion solutions. Additionally, he excels in the assemblage of properties on behalf of tenants andor buyers. Some of his clients include Sportsmans Warehouse, Zea Rotisserie (Taste Buds Management), Family Dollar, Dunkin Donuts, Wingstop, Another Broken Egg Caf and Rum House.

Prior to joining SRSA, Holmes successfully owned and managed a title abstracting business. His competency was in title and tax research throughout Louisiana. The majority of his research focused on the areas of residential, commercial and industrial properties.

Throughout his 12 years at SRSA, Collin has received multiple Achievement Awards including the highest volume, first time recipient award from the New Orleans Metropolitan Association of Realtors for sales and lease transactions larger than $5.0 million.

Collin is a member of Commercial Investment Division (CID) of the New Orleans Metropolitan Association of REALTORS (NOMAR), International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and X Team International. He also volunteers his time for many non-profits, including the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and the Drew Rodrigue Foundation. Collin received his Bachelors degree in Psychology from University of Tennessee. He is a licensed real estate agent in Louisiana.
