My qualifications exceed that of the average commercial real estate agent in that I have completed extensive training to obtain designation as a Certified Commercial Investment Member CCIM and am a member of the International Business Brokers Association IBBA. Currently, I specialize in investment properties and businesses in Florida. My business focus is on selling veterinary, medical, and dental practices including both businesses and real estate. Working closely with clients to understand their goals allows me to develop and execute a plan tailored to their individual needs.
