Christian Smith has established himself as one of the top producing commercial brokers in Boulder County, focusing on investment property acquisition and disposition. He has been actively involved in many areas of the real estate industry for 25 years. Averaging over 50 closings a year, Christian is experienced with all transaction types and asset classes. He believes strong ethics, integrity and communication are the foundations of a healthy working relationship and prides himself on his transparency and ability to focus on his clients goals.

In 2007 he received his Masters degree in Real Estate and Construction Management from the University of Denver, and since graduating has been focused on investment property acquisition, disposition and leasing.

When not selling real estate, Christian can be found out for a pedal on the beautiful roads and trails of Colorado. As a 3 time graduate of Colorado Outward Bound School, hes a lover of all things outdoors and spent several years teaching skiing and snowboarding in Aspen. Christian lives in downtown Boulder with his wife, son, daughter, and various animals.
