Christian Marolakos is an investment sales specialist with Ripco Real Estate. Specializing in shopping centers, single tenant net-lease, Apartment Buildings, mixed-use and other commercial properties, Christian's primary focus is in the New Jersey marketplace. Christian works exclusively with both sellers and buyers assisting and advising them during acquisition and disposition opportunities.

Prior to joining Ripco, Christian was a member of The Goldstein Group's retail leasing and sales firm in Paramus, New Jersey. He brings extensive first-hand knowledge of retail lease negotiation and tenant knowledge to landlords as well. After his time with The Goldstein Group, Christian spent multiple years at Marcus & Millichap focusing solely on multi-million-dollar sale transactions in New Jersey and New York.
