ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Chris Surico

Chris Surico joined Bradford Allen as a managing director in 2017; he specializes in landlord and tenant representation and is based in the firms Oak Brook office. Chris primarily represents landlords in the EastWest Corridor seeking to lease or sell their properties. He currently represents approximately 400,000 square feet of office and medical buildings in suburban Chicago. He also assists tenants looking for office or industrial space. Chris is a 20-year veteran of the commercial real estate industry and has developed relationships with both institutional and entrepreneurial clients including Archon Group, Prudential Realty Group, Premises Group, Trader Joes, Morgan Stanley, and Exelon.

Prior to joining Bradford Allen, Chris worked with Chicagoland Commercial Real Estate in Palatine. He also spent six years with Jones Lang LaSalle and four years with Grubb & Ellis, as an office leasing and tenant representation specialist focused in the EastWest Corridor market.
