Chris Norwood's primary focus is the sale and leasing of office and retail space in the Southern New Hampshire market. In addition to this focus he also spends time in industrial sales and leasing as well as the sale of investment property. Chris began his real estate brokerage career in 2000 when he became a licensed salesperson in the state of New Hampshire, he then graduated from Babson College with a Bachelors of Science in Business Management in 2003. Since that time he has assisted in closing millions worth of sale and lease transactions, as well as aided in consulting and valuation work. Chris is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and served for two years as the local chapter president of New England CCIM. He is an active member New Hampshire Commercial Investment Board of Realtors (NH CIBOR), where he spends his time working on the Public Policy Committee. Outside of real estate he sits on the board for the local Council for the Boy Scouts of America as well as on the Presidents Advisory Board for the Manchester Community College. When he is not working he spends time with his wife, two toddlers, one infant and chocolate lab.
