ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Chris Nachtrab

Chris Nachtrab joined Lee & Associates in January 2021 as part of The Retail Advantage team, after six years with Newmark Grubb Knight Frank, where he served as managing director of Retail in the companys Cincinnati, Ohio office. Mr. Nachtrab is responsible for leasing and selling retailinvestment properties throughout greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky. In addition to marketing properties, Mr. Nachtrab provides tenant representation and relocation services.

He previously spent nine years at The Everest Group, Inc., where he was responsible for leasing and sales of retail and investment properties. Prior to The Everest Group, Inc, Mr. Nachtrab worked at Community Management Corp., under the divisions of CMC Brokerage and CMC Properties; he had established CMC Brokerage in 2002, and during his time there, he completed over $17 million in transactions. During his 11 years at CMC Properties, Mr. Nachtrab was responsible for the leasing of shopping centers and office buildings owned by the company in the Cincinnati market.
