ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Chris Ewald

Chris, a native of New Braunfels, holds a degree in Economics and a Master of Real Estate MRE through Texas A&M University. Chris offers over a decade of professional experience in the commercial real estate industry. His responsibilities include landlord representation, tenant representation, acquisitions, dispositions, and valuation analysis throughout the San Antonio area and surrounding markets. Over the past two years, he has averaged 75 transactions totaling more than 250,000 square feet per year of leasing in office, industrial and retail properties.

Prior to joining Valcor Commercial Real Estate, Chris was a commercial loan officer at Crockett National Bank and a member of the Industrial Asset Management team at USAA Real Estate Company. Chris is a member of the Real Estate Council of San Antonio RECSA and successfully completed the RECSA Leadership Development Program in 2014.

Chris enjoys playing golf, guitar and spending time with his wife, Melissa and four children, Jackson, Lillian, Samuel and Sophie.
