ABOUT COMMERCIAL AGENT Chris Cammack

Chris Cammack started in commercial real estate in 1976 with Charles Tingey Associates (CTA). While at CTA, Chris specialized in office leasing and sales. He continued this specialty into the 1980s with Coldwell Banker (now CBRE). During the 70s, 80s and 90s, Chris leased and sold several million square feet of office and industrial space throughout the San Joaquin Valley. In the late 90s, Chris started Chris Cammack Company, developing a number of buildings throughout the State of California from Fontana to Red Bluff, California. In 2015, Chris joined Fortune Associates to continue his career in real estate with former colleagues and friends from his Fresno roots. Chris developed numerous build-to-suit facilities for the State of California including DMV, Corrections, Department of Consumer Affairs (Bureau of Automotive Repair). He also completed a GSA project for the Bureau of Reclamation and the Fresno Chamber of Commerce in downtown Fresno. The numerous tenants and buyers Chris has worked with include PG&E, Fresno Unified School District, State Farm Insurance, Standard Insurance, TICOR and many more. Chris is a graduate of Fresno State University with a degree in Criminology. He served in the California Air National Guard in Fresno. Chris has been married for 48 years, has 3 children and resides in Fresno. His hobbies are skiing, golf, fishing and camping.
