Chris Anderson began his real estate career in Brookline, MA in 2014 as a broker at Metro Realty Corporation, voted one of Boston's best-rated agencies specializing in leasing and sales in multi-tenant buildings. As a Broker and Operations Manager, he oversaw the online lead management for the brokerage team and individually closed more than a hundred deals per year. Chris specializes in Landlord Representation, Tenant Representation, and Investment Sales.

Working in the highly-competitive and saturated Boston market, Chris brings unique experience to Albuquerque with a forward-thinking approach to leasing and sales. Chris moved to New Mexico in 2018 to be near family and has worked primarily in retail investment sales and landlord representation.

Originally from Fort Collins, CO, Chris spent ten years as a professional musician traveling across the country in nationally-accredited bands recognized by NPR and regional publications and synchronization contracts with Chase Bank, New Belgium Brewery and MTV.

Chris has a passion for real estate and a key understanding as to how it shapes our daily lives, financial future and the effect it has on business, politics and local municipalities. Chris has a desire to serve his clients with honesty, hard work and a can-do attitude.
