Charlie Alloway joined LandQwest Commercial in 2015 as Senior Retail Specialist; specializing in single-tenant development and tenant representation. With over 25 years of Florida commercial real estate experience, Charlie brings a diverse perspective that exceeds customer expectations.

Having previously served in the role of corporate site selection as well as commercial brokerage and fee-based development, Charlie has a unique and personal understanding of client needs. Charlie spent 17 years with McDonalds Corp., from Department Coordinator to Regional Real Estate Manager with full responsibility for the State of Florida. He has since held similar roles with Armstrong Development Properties (CVS Developer), Circle K Corporation and Thorntons, Inc.

As a broker with CBRE, Inc., Charlie assisted Fifth Third Bank with their Tampa affiliate rollout by securing 28 de novo branch locations and transacting over $60M in his first three years.

Charlie is a Tampa native and is extremely familiar with West Central Florida, but has completed transactions across the State in the OcalaGainesville, Jacksonville, Tallahassee, Panama City and Polk County markets. His continuing relationships with developers, environmental firms, civil engineers, land use consultants and more ensure total client satisfaction.
